John Rozell

President / Founder

John’s career in the mechanical industry spans five decades and a wide variety of positions; from working in the mills and logging camps of the Olympic peninsula, to Division President for a Fortune 500 company. Alliant Systems was founded based on guiding principles developed over those years: team with high-quality and motivated people, align on core values, set challenging goals, and stay out of their way.

Chris Miller

Business Development / Founder

Chris began his career in the mechanical industry in 1990. Starting out as an engineering intern, his focus evolved to honing skills of conceptual engineering and preconstruction services of design/build projects. Over the course of his career, Chris has been involved in HVAC and plumbing projects covering a very diverse group of industries including office buildings, K-12 education, higher education, multifamily, and healthcare facilities.
